Controller and contact
Inovalixus, based in the United Kingdom, operates this website and is the controller for the application process. Send privacy enquiries to info@inovalixus.com.
Information collected
The form collects your name, email, selected purpose and description. Phone, location, LinkedIn, venture details, website, presentation link and PDF are optional. The version, time and status of acknowledgements and preferences are recorded. A short-lived, one-way key derived from the IP address limits repeated submissions; the hosting provider may also keep access logs.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to assess and respond to your request, explore training, mentoring or collaboration, and prevent abuse. Depending on the request, applicable grounds may include steps before a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations and protection of rights. Announcement preferences are based on a separate, optional choice and are not required to apply.
Recipients and international processing
Authorised Inovalixus staff receive applications. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to deliver these services. Messages go to the authorised application mailbox using Google email infrastructure. PDFs are sent as email attachments and are not published as public website files. As Inovalixus is based in the United Kingdom and service providers may operate internationally, information may be accessed or processed outside Türkiye. Applicable international transfer requirements are considered separately; acknowledging this notice is not unlimited transfer consent.
Retention
Application text and permission records are stored in WordPress with administrator access. Messages and attachments are held in the authorised mailbox. Information is retained only as needed for the request, any continuing relationship and applicable legal retention needs. Contact info@inovalixus.com to ask about retention or deletion.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing, and withdraw optional consent. Rights under Article 11 of Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 and the UK GDPR apply where relevant. Proportionate information may be requested to verify your identity. You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
Files you share
Include only information needed for assessment. Do not submit identity documents, health information or unnecessary personal data about others. Share third-party information only when authorised.
